CLEANSING
A common benefits of facial cleansing is the removal of dirt and oil. Throughout a day skin get in contact with bacteria, pollution, virus, dirt, and other old (dead) skin cells. so it is important to cleanse your skin every twice a day without any fail. if you want your skin to be heather and young must cleanse skin.

  • Removing your make-up at night is a very important part of maintaining a clear complexion and avoiding spots and acne.
  • use any cleanser that suits your skin type. but do avoid chemical product which will harm your skin.

EXFOLIATING 

EXFOLIATING is next step after cleaning it removes dry/dead skin cells on the surface of the skin and is one of the most important aspects to follow.

  • Twice a week before you go to bed, splash warm water onto skin and scrub.

SKIN TYPES

1.  OIL SKIN TO COMBINATION SKINOne of the biggest mistakes people with oily and acne-prone skin make is over-exfoliating. The key is balancing, not try to hard on you skin. trying to hard lead removable of natural oils of your skin

COFFEE SCRUB

Your morning coffee is not just for that caffeine to wake you up properly, it can also be used for your skin. The caffeine will also wake up your skin and make it glow naturally. This is because it increases the circulation of blood under the skin. It is also rich in antioxidants which will exfoliate skin effectively.

COFFEE SCRUB INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon coffee grounds (preferably from freshly brewed coffee)
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt

HOW TO USE

  • Mix the coffee grounds and yogurt together and gently scrub your face for a minute or two.
  • Leave it on for about five minutes and then rinse.

2. DRY SKIN TO NORMAL SKIN: n done every so often when your complexion seems dull or flaky, rather than as a daily part of your routine.

SUGAR SCRUB 

sugar scrub is the most natural way to soften, exfoliate and to freshen up the skin. Sugar is a natural sweetener that can also be used as a natural beauty regimen. Its fine texture gently exfoliates the skin without leaving harmful residue that can clog the pores

SUGAR SCRUB INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup sugar (white or brown sugar- preferably organic)
  • 1/2 cup oil (olive oil and coconut oil work great)
  • Optional: essential oils of your preference.

HOW TO USE

  • `Mix the sugar and olive/coconut oil together and gently scrub your face for a minute or two.
  • Leave it on for about five minutes and then rinse.

OATMEAL SCRUB INGREDIENTS

  • Take 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and add a little bit of warm water (3 tablespoons of water or more), wait for about 5-10 minutes, until oats become soft.

HOW TO USE

  • Gently, in circular motions, massage your clean face with this scrub to exfoliate your skin; massage for 1-2 minutes, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm and then, cold water (cold water will help close your pores)

TONING

In reality, toning should be considered an important part of the cleansing process. A good toner will remove any remaining bits of oil, dirt and debris left behind by the cleanser. More importantly, toner will help soothe, nourish and hydrate the skin while restoring its delicate pH balance.

  • Toning lotion should be used morning and night. You simply apply it to your face with a cosmetic pad (being sure to avoid the eye contour area)
