A common benefits of facial cleansing is the removal of dirt and oil. Your morning coffee is not just for that caffeine to wake you up properly, it can also be used for your skin. The caffeine will also wake up your skin and make it glow naturally.   • 1 tablespoon coffee grounds (preferably from freshly brewed coffee)
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt


  • Mix the coffee grounds and yogurt together and gently scrub your face for a minute or two.
  • Leave it on for about five minutes and then rinse.

2. DRY SKIN TO NORMAL SKIN: n done every so often when your complexion seems dull or flaky, rather than as a daily part of your routine.


sugar scrub is the most natural way to soften, exfoliate and to freshen up the skin. Sugar is a natural sweetener that can also be used as a natural beauty regimen. Its fine texture gently exfoliates the skin without leaving harmful residue that can clog the pores

  • 1/2 cup sugar (white or brown sugar- preferably organic)
  • 1/2 cup oil (olive oil and coconut oil work great)
  • Optional: essential oils of your preference.


  • `Mix the sugar and olive/coconut oil together and gently scrub your face for a minute or two.
  • Leave it on for about five minutes and then rinse.

 3.  SENSITIVE SKIN: The best way to exfoliate sensitive skin is very carefully. Redness            and irritation can be triggered by both


  • Take 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and add a little bit of warm water (3 tablespoons of water or more), wait for about 5-10 minutes, until oats become soft.


  • Gently, in circular motions, massage your clean face with this scrub to exfoliate your skin; massage for 1-2 minutes, avoiding the eye area. Rinse with warm and then, cold water (cold water will help close your pores)


In reality, toning should be considered an important part of the cleansing process. A good toner will remove any remaining bits of oil, dirt and debris left behind by the cleanser. More importantly, toner will help soothe, nourish and hydrate the skin while restoring its delicate pH balance.

  • Toning lotion should be used morning and night. You simply apply it to your face with a cosmetic pad (being sure to avoid the eye contour area)
